Eddit Marmolejos Gil Expands Her Commitment to Housing Advocacy in Berks County

Wyomissing, PA – March 9, 2026 – Muhlenberg Greene Architects is proud to announce that Eddit Marmolejos Gil, Architectural Designer, has been appointed to serve on the Board of the Berks County Housing Authority.

The Berks County Housing Authority Board works to support the Authority’s mission of providing safe, decent, and affordable housing opportunities to eligible residents of Berks County while fostering self-sufficiency and strengthening communities. Through policy leadership and oversight, the Board plays a critical role in addressing local housing needs and advancing equitable access to housing resources.

Eddit’s appointment reflects her deep and ongoing commitment to addressing housing challenges both locally and nationally. As a bilingual architectural professional, she brings a valuable perspective to conversations surrounding housing access, community development, and inclusive design. Her professional experience, combined with her passion for equitable housing solutions, will contribute meaningfully to the Authority’s work.

In addition to this new appointment, Eddit serves as Secretary of the Board for Tec Centro Berks, where she supports workforce development initiatives that provide education and career training opportunities for the community in Berks County. Her leadership across multiple organizations underscores her dedication to empowering individuals and strengthening the region through service.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Eddit holds degrees in Architecture and Interior Design and is a licensed architect in the Dominican Republic. She is currently pursuing licensure in the United States. At Muhlenberg Greene Architects, she supports project teams with design documentation, 3D modeling, and construction administration while also serving a diverse client base through her bilingual skills.
