About Us
KAUTTER & KELLEY ARCHITECTS is a professional design firm committed to delivering attentive and responsive architectural services. Both principal architects have been in professional practice for more than thirty years. The firm is represented by a diverse portfolio with extensive experience in design for new construction, renovations, restoration, interiors, and conceptual planning. Our basic services invariably include the coordination of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines.
Incorporated in 1994, the firm is managed by its principals, Michael Kautter, AIA, President, Steven Kelley, AIA, Vice President, and Amy Laughlin, Secretary/Treasurer. Mr. Kautter and Mr. Kelley each obtained their initial design and construction backgrounds from major urban markets - New York City and Columbus, Ohio, respectively - where complex coordination issues and demand for optimum quality control is commonplace. Because of this depth of experience, K&KA is often called upon to provide many different professional architectural services for which it is uniquely qualified.
K&KA’s greatest strength is our ability to deliver quality construction for projects of all sizes requiring attentive design, documentation, and construction administration accompanied by restrictive scheduling requirements.
