About Us

Griffin Financial Group is the largest investment banking firm headquartered in Pennsylvania. We provide merger and acquisition advisory and strategic consulting services, and assist companies in obtaining financing through institutional placements of debt, mezzanine capital and equity. Our clients include both healthy and financially challenged businesses, including those operating under the protection of a bankruptcy court. We also provide private equity placement and due diligence services, and assist clients, including banks, thrifts and insurance companies in public offerings, institutional placements, sales, syndication and other capital markets activities. Although we have assisted clients operating in a diverse range of industries to meet their strategic objectives, we have particular segment expertise working in the financial services – banking and insurance – commercial and industrial, services, private equity, retail, technology, telecommunications and health care sectors.
