Berks Surveying & Engineering, Inc. (BSE) began in 1991 by owner, Bruce T. Rader, PE, PLS. The company's location in central Berks County, PA, allows convenient access to all of Berks County, the Greater Reading area, Allentown area, and the adjacent counties.
