Vision Boarding is a way to manifest your success through visualization and affirmations. No matter what your goals are, your vision board is a visual representation of those goals through images and text. And this practice WORKS!
 
According to Psychology Today, mental practices (like visualization) can increase motivation, confidence, and even motor performance. It's also a fun arts and crafts project that allows you to see what your goals would look like once you achieve them.
