As Women2Women celebrates its 15th Anniversary—our Crystal Anniversary—we’re reflecting on the leaders, stories, and connections that built this community. Throughout 2026, each event will feature founding members, former speakers, award winners, and other influential voices who exemplify the impact Women2Women has had on women and Greater Reading over the past 15 years.

ATHENA Leadership Award
The ATHENA® Leadership Award is presented to a woman/man who is honored for professional excellence, community service and for actively assisting women in their attainment of professional excellence and leadership skills. Nominations due Jan. 20

EmpowHER Award
The EmpowHER Award celebrates the next generation of women leaders in Berks County, recognizing a young woman who exemplifies the values of Women2Women: leadership, empowerment, community impact and the pursuit of excellence. Nominations due Jan. 20
