Our Guest Speaker is Brad Szollose. (Brad’s last name is pronounced zol-is. Like solace with a Z. It’s Hungarian and means “great grapes.”)

…and he grew up in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. He exposes the generational differences by imitating his Hungarian step-father’s highly opinionated rants against today’s parenting styles and how that is actually affecting you business today.

Brad is a globally recognized Leadership Development and Management Consultant who helps small and large organizations dominate their industry by tapping into the treasure trove of a cross-generational workforce.
